I think it might be a problem with my players however all my other movies work perfectly...
I'm using KLite-Codec Pack 4.4f (Standard Installation) with Media Player Classic.
Anyways, this is just a warning:
*- The audio is not sync'd but it can be fixed with the proper tools.
*- Other than that, quality 5/5 for both, audio and video.

What an idiot, just forget what I said. The movie has an AC3 audio with all it's channels and my player was playing only the subwoofer channel.. no wonder why it didn't work!! DUH!

I tried to play this movie with the other channels but the audio is still out of sync... I even converted the AC3 into an MP3 (loosing a lot of audio quality but worth it for try it) and my final conclusion is... THE AUDIO IS REALLY OUT OF SYNC... how ever is not as much as 30 mins its something like 2 mins or so....
Well my advise is to fix it using some special softwares for all of you who likes hard core computing, or.... picking another torrent for this movie since fixing it will take some tame :S
