The only low to this is the 128kbps CBR Audio but it doesn't matter much.
(Pukka has 130kbps VBR)
Like everything else, everyone appreciates alternatives and multiple brands to choose from. It's the same thing when it comes to downloading high quality rips. We simply need multiple rippers/groups to increase competition. aXXo is an uber ripper and you rarely see his releases get nuked.
