For confused pepol:
1. Extract to C:/FEAR or something.
2. Replace old setup.bat with the new one => 4shared(.)com/file/135623169/8f41f691
3. Run setup.bat
4. If the game doesn't run, download this => 4shared(.)com/file/135720479/49787970
Worked for me to run only the vcredist_x86
If you still can't play, i recommend to start over again, follow these steps again, but if you're running the setup.bat, close ALL programs.
i have downloaded Fear 2 reborn.zip and i have followed the instruction but i facedthe same problems that Fear2 reborn.exe cannot be found .....i have tried you way mr.awesomelaz but nothing happened ..
and the worst thing now is that the source itself was deleted....so right every time i run this setup.bat file it going to the 99% and install DirectX SDK and nothing happens.........guys this post was waste of time .....hope guys you could post me the Missing Fear 2 reborn exe file

however,
1.copy and paste this ' 4shared.com/file/135623169/8f41f691 ' on your adress bar
2.then download the 'setup.bat' file
3.then replace the downloaded 'setup.bat' file to the existing one in the folder where u have extracted FEAR 2.
4.then run 'setup.bat'
u dont need to extract 'mov.7z' file
setup.bat will do it for you
