how do u play the subtitles with the film? help please

TO PLAY WITH SUBTITLES.. Make sure both film and subtitles have the same name but not same extention of course... ex. The Warlords.avi & The Warlords.srt en you're done. Play with a program that supports subtitles.. I use VLC player. Media PLayer does the trick to.. I just don't like it :)

i went to properties on the files, and changed the names to the same but with .avi and .srt i open the film with VLC, but no subtitles.
any ideas please, looks like a great film

u have to burn it on a dvd, both files (axactly the same, except for the extension)

as far as i know u don't have to burn it. spardacus' tip should work. if not, check if there's an option turning off/on subtitles in you're player. i use a k-lite mega pack (codec + mediaplayer classic) But vcl is superior, some people told me.

just rename the .srt into .avi filename and bomb! just make the two have the same filename. if you still have problems showing the subtitle.. then maybe your codek is the problem. try using klmcodec/klcodec or Combined Community Codec.. i think this might help you guys.. :D

Great movie. subtitles working fine with VLC player. But VLC player picture quality is not quality as media player or other player such as power DVD

dunno if there's a dvdplayer in the market that could read .srt subtitle file.. i think its just the computer with a codek installed can read.

VLC Player works, after you install VLC open it then go to file look for open capture device, click file then check the use a subtitle file, enjoy watching ^^ this is a great film.

Why is it going so slow for me? I've been uploading at about 10-30kB/s but I can only get 1-3kB/s download. It's 95.7% done and it's inactive half the time. Is this because people aren't uploading much? I seem to be getting 0 DL from people who are seeding with 100%. I've downloaded other stuff fine before. This torrent is weird. 10 hours for the last 5% is not right..
Any tips or anyone having the same problem? I just want to watch it lol!
Should I add all the trackers or just some?

Ok, yes I'm a n00b. I've downloaded plenty of movies, but I've never had to deal with subtitles before. I've read all the comments above and I STILL cannot get the subtitles to work on my computer. I use VLC media player, as it is most definitely superior, but nowhere is there an option for subtitles (that I can find) and I've already renamed the files the same (except the extension) and tried the File > Open File thing and checking the use subtitle thing and selecting the .srt file.

Oops! Nvm, I figured it out. Let this be a learning lesson for others. You must open the .avi and .srt files at the same time at the File > Open File location. Great movie. Praise be to Odin. Trve kvlt.

If you use a torrent client that can edit trackers, such as Ã‚Âµtorrent or azureus, remove the tracker www.moviex.info. I uploaded more than I downloaded (it's a good thing though)...
According to many forums they leech and steal without giving and uploading :-(
