These were the steps I used:
1. Detect Nero.
2. Delete all existing serials.
3. Generate new serials for Nero and Nero HD and enter them in the white list.
4. Exit and reboot.
5. Nero 9.2.6.0 components run with no prompting for sharing info with Nero or entering new serials.
