I got Continuous Iconv.dll errors.

I just downloaded the .dll from a site i found off google. Put it into my System32 and the games work perfectly.

I have a problem with this game.
I have installed the game, but if I want start the game comes up there: Please insert the RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 disc, But I have burn it all on disc.

download magic disc from http://www.magicdisc.net/setup_magicdisc.exe and http://www.magicdisc.net/setup_magicdisc106.exe
install it
execute magic disc
right click on the icon at the bottom
click on mount
browse the location of .bin file
wait for autorun if it doesn't the go to my computer
right click on rct3.exe then explore
run the setup
if it shows error then copy all the files and paste them in a folder in c:program filesatariroller coaster tycoon 3rct3
then download http://torrentz.eu/84670f3528501859061acf1b409e59ea0c8cdf50 this torrent uncheck all the files except the setup.bmp,setup.boot,setup.exe,setup.ini,setup.inx
browse the location as c:program filesatariroller coaster tycoon 3 then run the setup and install
it.
after installing copy the crack and paste in the game location
