Licenser failed as mentioned above. Some time after running this I rebooted, but the comp would only go past bios before halting completely. Before all this I formatted and installed win 7, and had to do it again.
So obviously this program is a huge risk as it tinkers with the internals of your OS, and the result was in this case completely fudging up my comp. I won't try another activation loader unless the comments is truly convincing.
