I can't believe that the audio is in 5.1 surround and the video is horrible, what a waste of time and effort.

bad video really.. but what a great movie it was..

Its an encoding error. Whoever did this obviously didn‘t realize that setting audio to be 448kbps AC3 would consume a very large portion of 700Mb size. And the rest little remaining space that the video is at only 396kbps which ultimately made the video to pixelate.
