I got a problem. im not sure if it really is a bug with the game.

''Healing'' materia dosent work. I can eqip it but I can't use it in combat.
I dont even see it's name in the ''spellbook''

anyone know what to do ? :D

I got it to install fine but then crashes on start up.... I've installed the XP crack and mounted the dumby images...but still crashes..

after installing when i try to play the game it returns a blank screen and does nothing else....i use vista....how can i make it work?

I was able to play it before, but I just went to try and start it up, it does a black screen (seems to maybe go in top right corner of screen, then full screen), then goes away... and nothing else happens. Why is that..

Works perfectly even on Vista 64bit.

Didnt install any patch just installed the game and started it right away.

Okay, I need a little help. The game itself runs great except for some musical issues. During the FMV's sometimes there is sound and music and sometimes there is nothing. During the cutscenes that uses the regular in play game models, there is no sound. For example, you cannot hear the first reactor that you detonate explode...you cannot hear the sound of the buster robot before you fight it, etc... If anyone has a solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It works flawlessly. Just run the .exe in the same directory as the .bin files.

this is a precracked version with the official patch so don't bother with the patches OR ANY CRACKS! Optional bonus content is available too...

make sure you install the codecs, the installer should prompt you during installation.
other than that, try updating drivers.

I can't get this to work on Vista Home premium. When i start it, the screen just goes black and you can hear the start up music but with no image.

Can someone please post something to help me with this problem ?

Maybe there was music too. Other than that the game is working great, and there is audio for almost everything. But could you tell me how to run the .exe in the same directory as the .bin files, if that is the problem?

can someone help me with this problem? in the cutscene when the first reactor blows up, i lose all sound. it comes back only during the scene with aeris. im running it on vista. that's the only problem i have. i dont know if there are going to be similar problems later in the game. id really appreciate any help. thanks in advance.
