Take the computer with a version of Windows installed,
boot it with the content of the ISO file (burnt onto a disc),
and follow the on-screen instructions. These are text-based; like a script.
There are options to set passwords to blank or anything else, of any account present on the OS.
Reboot the computer, and use the newly-set password.
I tried it on Windows XP and it worked well.
