To download get the BitTorrent client here and a .torrent file from any of the torrent search engines listed above ("Download Torrent" button/link)
Using BitTorrent is legal, downloading copyrighted material isn’t. Be careful of what you download or face the consequences.

This is verified, clean and high quality torrent (3)
This lists all the active trackers for this torrent, not just the ones embedded in the .torrent file.
You can get a µTorrent compatible list here. This will speed up your download.
Please note that this page does not hosts or makes available any of the listed filenames. You cannot download any of those files from here.
This list is automatically generated from a “.torrent” file which is simply metadata for the bittorrent protocol. You cannot download the “.torrent” file from here either. We don’t even cache it. If you are lucky the “.torrent” file might still be available on the pages where we found it. There is a list of URLs on top of this page where you might want to start your search. Those domains are completely independent; we have absolutely no control over them. Please don’t blame us if your monitor explodes.

ERROR 5 FIX:-
Before using this method make sure you try and boot from Disc, see if it works.
If you STILL have the problem, you need to do this method instead. (This is how I did with mine)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You'll need 2 blank DVDs, 1 DVD for this torrent and the other would be for the 'Windows Vista Recovery Disc'.
Download here:-
http://torrentz.eu/c7411cffb5b0c27b28d0ec080af55ea0016f7b7b
1. Burn both this Windows 7 ISO & Windows Vista Recovery Disc's ISO on each of your blank DVDs, separately of course.
2. Restart computer and boot with the burned Windows Vista Recovery DVD ( note it may take about 10 mins of screens with just a mouse cursor before the drop down boxes appear).
3. Select Repair System on lower left side. (Update Drivers if it can't find a Repair/Recovery system).
4. Select Command Prompt.
5. Swap your Windows Vista Recovery DVD to the Windows 7 DVD.
6. Change to the DVD drive by typing "E:" and press Enter then type "CD Sources", then "Setup" (without the "" of course). Win7 installation will begin :)
(It'll take a while, probably an hour or two. Go do something else :D )
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING WINDOWS 7 MAKE SURE TO UPDATE LATER, AND NEVER EVER DOWNLOAD UPDATE KB971033, JUST HIDE IT WITH RIGHT CLICK, AFTER HIDDEN YOU CAN THEN UPDATE.
UPDATE 23/7/2011: DON'T DOWNLOAD SERVICE PACK 1 (SP1) IT CONTAINS THE KB971033 UPDATE.
Then you'll be all good!
Credit goes to Dgpirate for this method. And most of
