@sanjich: If you don't want to try my method, you can go to http://www.megagames.com/game-info/fix/PC/S?page=1 and scroll down to the Sims 2 games, and download the right crack for your game.
P.S. You don't necessarily have to be a guy to be computer literate, I think some women will find your comment offensive.
Also, downloader beware: These are the European versions of The Sims 2 and EP/SPs. I've been having issues ever since with particular mods, I'm thinking it's because some mods were made for the North American versions of the games, and that there may be slight differences between the games.
