Sounds like that may be a mod chip issue... I will confirm if this works by Sunday 16th Dec. Anyone else have anything to say about this torrent? Enough people are downloading it, so whats the story?

The reason why there are so many .rar files is to keep the download at the minimal size. Therefore speeding the transfer. PAL is the screen refresh rate... You pals from North America don't have PAL playstations or televisions... It's all NTSC. Try downloading an NTSC version.
