After installing no/cd (ore "deamon tools";). Start the GAME (right click on your mouse, then u will see the game menu) and try the key Z on your keyboard then the game will work.

If you dont see the persons in the nanocommunication. Just empty holes but you can hear the talk:
-> You need to lower all the graphics level of everything.. I have a real good comp, but still needed to put em real extra low -> Colors go back to normal and YOU WILL see everything as NORMAL.
Okay another one was for sound...
-> Download: Creative Alchemy program. Use it to fix the sounds.
Then google dmsynth.dll and download it to the bin folder. -> Will work perfect.
Getting black screen at the start?
-> If you have black-Screen on Startup,
Copy both "dsound" files to (KONAMIMetalGearSolid2 Substancebin).
Keyboard wont work??
-> Take OFF the NUM LOCK. And the right keys are like Z, X, C and ofc enter, try one of them.. Num lock off and on.
