Use 'handbrake video transcoder software' (or any other you know) to compress the video size. reduces download file size to 'approx. 350 - 400 MB' from 1.4 GB
Tip: while transcoding. keep 'constant quality' near 45 - 50% (not more than 50. it will increase file size) and audio bit rate as 128.
