Go to the folder you installed tha game and in the "main" folder you will see several files like "iw_00.iwd" "iw_01.iwd" etc

patch your CoD 4. Install the patches in this order:

SINGLE-PLAYER
1) Once you have downloaded "Call of Duty 4 - Skullptura", open the .RAR file with WINRAR 3.71.
2) Extract it to a folder that you create on your own. Dont extract to the default location told by WINRAR. If you DONT do so, you will have thousands of image files and various other useless stuff
3) run setup.bat… it will take 2 hours to install, be patient.....
4)Dont CLOSE THE APPLICATION BEFORE IT IS DONE, YOU CANNOT RUN Setup.bat AGAIN !
5)Done Single player game ready!! If you get the error "UNABLE TO FIND "d3dx9_34.dll" when you run COD 4, read step 6 carefully !

From the crack folder, copy everything except "zone" folder, and overwrite the existing files in the install directory.
Worked for me...
Get a graphics card. geforce 8400gs works flawless.. costs only abt 1850 rs.
